Berlin Homemade Pasta Week 2018

19th – 25th November 2018

Ravioli, Tagliatelle, Agnolotti, Fettuccine, Orecchiette, Gnocchi… The perfect combination of water and wheat flour: two simple ingredients with a strong tradition hidden behind. For one week some of the best Italian restaurants in Berlin will offer a combination of two recipes of fresh homemade pasta and a glass of wine for only 10 €.

The event is organized by Berlin Italian Communication within the project True Italian with the support of the Istituto Italiano di Cultura di Berlino to celebrate the International Week of Italian Cuisine, which is promoted by the Italian Foreign Ministry and Ministry of Food and Forestry Policies.
